Following in the footsteps of world renowned Serbian scientists - Nikola Tesla, Mihajlo Pupin, Milutin Milanković, and Marko Jarić - who developed their research careers and academic excellence abroad while exerting enormous influence on young Serbian scientists and educational system in Serbia, the goals of Serbian Scientific Diaspora (SSD) are to:
  • mentor young scientists from Serbia and neighboring countries of Western Balkans,
  • offer short courses on frontier research topics by visiting lecturers from SSD,
  • provide technical expertise in establishing cutting edge laboratories in Serbia,
